To view any current or past leads on the Instagram app, visit your profile, then your “Professional Dashboard,” scroll down to the “Your tools” section, and select “Leads.” Any new leads will also populate on the Meta Business Suite under the “Leads Center” section. This section will also include leads from your Facebook Ads.

- Select Add a Lead form and Standard Lead or Custom Lead form.

- Click Save, and the Lead form will be added to the business profile.
Once the lead form is live, you can promote it to your followers by including it as a call to action in your posts and stories.
